What is La Primrose Rewards?

La Primrose Rewards is our way of thanking loyal customers. When you shop while signed in to your account, you collect points that can be exchanged for discounts or special gifts on future orders.

  • Free to join — just create an account and sign in.
  • Earn on qualifying purchases and approved reviews.
  • Redeem at checkout when you have enough points.

How to earn points

Shop with your account

Earn points on the product value of qualifying orders. Shipping and delivery fees do not count toward points.

৳100 spent on eligible products = 1 point (whole points only).

New members receive a one-time welcome bonus when they sign up for La Primrose Rewards.

+20 available points (once per account).

Leave a helpful review

After you receive your order, share an honest review for products you purchased.

+5 points per approved review (one reward per product from that order).

Points are calculated on eligible product totals after product discounts on your order. Delivery fees, taxes, and other service charges are not included.

How to redeem at checkout

  1. 1Sign in to your La Primrose account.
  2. 2Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
  3. 3Open the rewards section and pick a reward you have enough points for.
  4. 4Review your order total — product discount from points is shown clearly.
  5. 5Complete payment. Delivery charges remain as shown separately.

Good to know

  • Minimum order value may apply before you can use a reward.
  • If payment fails or an order is cancelled before completion, points used for that attempt are returned to your balance when applicable.
  • Complimentary gift rewards are added to your order when selected; once a gift has shipped, that redemption cannot be reversed for points.
  • Available points expire 12 months after they become available unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

Frequently asked questions

Who can earn and use points?

La Primrose Rewards is for customers with a registered account who are signed in when they shop. Guest checkout does not earn or redeem points.

When do my points become usable?

Points from a purchase are first shown as pending while your order is being processed and shipped. After your order is delivered, those points move to your available balance and can be used on future orders.

Where do I see my balance?

Sign in and visit your account area to view available points, pending points, and your rewards history.

How do I redeem a reward?

At checkout, choose an available reward you can afford with your points. The discount is applied to your order before you pay. Points used for that order are deducted when the order is successfully placed.

Can points pay for everything?

Points can reduce the product portion of your bill, including up to the full product subtotal on eligible orders. Delivery charges are always paid separately and are not covered by points.

Are there limits when redeeming?

Yes. Rewards can be used on orders with at least ৳500 in eligible product value. On each order, loyalty discounts are limited to a portion of that product value so your order stays fair for everyone. Full details appear at checkout when you select a reward.

Can I use points with other promotions?

Often yes for regular offers. Some special promotions may not allow combining with loyalty rewards; checkout will let you know if a reward cannot be applied.

What if my order is cancelled or returned?

If an order is cancelled or refunded before points become available, those pending points are removed. If you already used points or received points that are later reversed because of a return, your balance is adjusted to reflect the change.

Do points expire?

Yes. Available points expire 12 months after they become available. We recommend using them before they expire. You may receive a reminder before points are due to expire.
